Go alcohol-free for the month with a total mind, body & soul reset. I have created a group mentoring programme to support people looking to rethink their relationship with the drink and gain more clarity, enthusiasm and drive. Removing alcohol leads to more joy, passion, freedom and peace. What we will cover over these weeks.
Assessing your relationship with alcohol to understand your current relationship
Setting personal goals for the month
Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual effects of alcohol
Exploring the benefits of an alcohol-free life
A supportive environment for participants to share their experiences
Facilitating group discussions to encourage peer support and connection
Identifying triggers- identifying situations, emotions, environments that make you want to drink
Exploring alcohol and health, mental health and sleep Providing practical skills for navigating social situations without alcohol
Igniting motivation and strategies to create a supportive environment
Celebrating milestones and increasing self-esteem and self-efficacy
Introducing mindfulness practices, stress reduction techniques, journalling prompts and other tried and tested resources
Visualisation techniques, intention setting, affirmations
Tapping into your own inner resources and intrinsic motivation
Each participant will get a weekly downloadable PDF workbook to complete. There will be accountability and support within the group setting.

Tap into my skills, knowledge and experience gained from almost 6 years alcohol- free journey. I have extensive professional experience delivering interventions within the education sector and I hold a BSc Social Psychology, an MSc in Health Psychology and a Diploma Drug & Alcohol Studies. I am certified in Motivational Interviewing and a trained Recovery Facilitator.
Giving up alcohol is and will always remain the greatest personal achievement of my life.
