This workshop has been in development since I gave up alcohol in July 2018. It contains lots of tips, strategies and recommendations that have helped me stay alcohol-free since then. I designed this workshop because it is EXACTLY what I needed to know when I was at the 'Sober Curious' phase.
When I first decided to give up alcohol, I just needed some extra motivation and for somebody to reassure me that living a life without alcohol was actually possible. I will prove to you that you can do this and that giving up alcohol will enhance your life in so many different ways. My life is so much better now that I'm living it without alcohol!
The workshop will also include a PDF Workbook that incorporates written and oral exercises, journaling prompts, affirmations (change talk), visualisation exercises and additional resources. I keep the groups small to in order to encourage optimal participation, connection and support from your fellow participants who are curious about embarking on an alcohol-free journey just like you.
